As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Sales & Application Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in connecting customers with technical solutions, supporting the sales team, and managing customer relationships to ensure our clients receive top-notch service and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Sales Support - Assist the sales team by understanding customer needs, creating proposals, and presenting technical solutions.
Application Engineering - Recommend and design HVAC solutions based on client specifications, ensuring technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Customer Engagement - Build strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, listening to their needs and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Project Coordination - Work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure projects are executed smoothly and solutions meet customer expectations.
Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records, including proposals, technical specifications, project timelines, and sales reports.
Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products to offer innovative solutions that keep us competitive.
Participate in post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Conduct training sessions for internal teams, contractors, and clients on product application, installation best practices, and maintenance procedures to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and above
Minimum of 1-2 years in sales or application engineering within the HVAC industry (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome to apply)
Relevant certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems are a plus.
Able to work independently, proactive, and focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to customers.
