WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, in the office.

Supporting our Cavendish Online business we're currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Performance Analyst to support our Advice and Guidance teams to achieve high standards of accuracy, deliver great customer outcomes and also be pro-active in identifying risks and resolving issues.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, adaptable, and ambitious individual to take a pivotal role in the success of this team. It is a varied and exciting role that involves giving feedback to support colleagues to be the best version of themselves.

What you'll need
You'll have a strong business knowledge, be adaptable to change and have a desire to succeed in a new challenge. Good interpersonal, organisational, communication skills and analytical skills are crucial along with the ability and establish rapport and building relationships based on trust.

Strong attention to detail ensuring calls and information is accurately processed and that work follows relevant internal and external rules, procedures and regulatory requirements.
