What is your mission?
You are also required to perform these job functions:
- Data analysis, spotting data trends, performing gap analysis, generating reports, and recommending improvements to current business metric collection process
- Produce and deliver tracking and reporting for key KPI/SLA’s in the business
- Responsible for updating key dashboards and scorecards for Senior Leadership and Business Unit (Team Leaders, Training Team, Quality Analysts, etc.)
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support the business initiatives
- Create and maintain efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant documentation
- Seek opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement within the reporting spectrum
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX
Who are we looking for?
- Possesses an analytics-related diploma or at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in extracting, transforming and porting data from source systems to data analytics platform(s) and reports
- Experience in conceptualising, designing, developing, testing, implementing and supporting agile data analytics platforms to support analytical initiatives of internal or external stakeholders
- Experience in analysing different types of data to support business needs and present the results in concise visualisation formats
- Has an inquisitive mind and proactivity to challenge the norms constructively
- Team player with good communication and presentation skills
- Detail oriented, independent and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience in Salesforce, advanced Excel and PowerPoint would be preferred
- Ability to use analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Klipfolio, Qlik, R, SPSS would be added advantage
- Adaptable to various stakeholders, business models and projects
