About role:
As a Bid Manager, you will be supporting our sales team and all Bid management activities for Local Government. You will also provide the sales team a range of administrative and coordination tasks so they are able to focus on customers and opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bid responses from initiation to submission
- Prepare response documents including coordinating input from stakeholders and completing non=functional sections of the responses.
- Create, manage and keep current relevant tender response documentation
- Management of tender panels, tender communication, tender search tools and communication of potential opportunities to the sales business.
- Assist the Sales Director and Sales Team with maintaining Salesforce data.
- Assist the Sales Director and Sales team with pricing
- Continuously evolve the bid process and bid submissions
- Assist with Sales Operations including assistance with pricing, process and the booking of deals.
Desired Skills:
Our ideal applicant has prior experience working in IT Vendor environment and demonstrate personal ownership, accountability and is outcome focused. You have high attention to detail and can build strong relationships across the business.
Familiarity with IT vendor bid, and sales processes is highly regarded.
