We supply digital services including Infrastructure Management, Cyber Security, a full range of 1st, 2nd & 3rd Line Technical Support Services, along with Professional and Transformation services including Project Management & Training teams.

NHIS are a shared service hosted by Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (SFHFT) supporting Health and Care organisations across the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS). We work collaboratively with our partner & customer organisations to help deliver their digital & transformational initiatives & strategies, providing expertise and knowledge gained through years of experience. We provide support to over 13,000 users at nearly 800 sites with around 150 internal dedicated staff.

Our main aim is to help improve health and care services for citizens by working with organisations to improve the digital experience for the Health and Care workforce and for our local population, ultimately providing a data rich ICS with a focus on the sharing of information and interoperability.

Regional Business Manager (Acute) – Field-based Role (Southwest)

To be successful in this role it is crucial that you are someone who looks to innovate and find different solutions, with strong business development skills and preferably experience selling equipment into the NHS and increasing market share. Ideally you will have a degree in a profession allied to business or medicine alongside a certificate in marketing/sales management.

For this position we require you to be ABPI qualified with a detailed understanding of its practical application in a business environment. Alternatively, if you are not already qualified, we would look for you to complete this within 2 years of your start date.

This is a field-based role covering the Southwest, ideally you will be located in or around this area. A UK driving licence is essential for this role.

What does the role involve?

You will:

* Actively promote, generate and meet company sales targets across the entire product range, whilst achieving personal and company objectives.
* Liaise with Clinical Nurse Specialists on a regular basis to discuss territory/account activity, evaluations of products, latest therapy developments etc. which may have an impact on the FMC offering.
* Work closely with /and the development of Key Opinion Leaders.
* Co-ordinate with appropriate personnel to organize products for evaluations and lead and conduct product evaluations in targeted accounts.

This role is ideal for a candidate who:

• Has proven experience in a key Marketing role, specifically in category and/or product marketing.
• Holds in-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels
• Has demonstrable experience in developing marketing strategies for both new and existing products.
• Is comfortable working with business stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, building strong relationships and working collaboratively with teams.
• Is driven and passionate about achieving and delivering successful outcomes.
• Adopts a customer-centric approach.
• Is experienced with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
• Has the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (desirable).
