* Self-generate new leads from a combination of networking, referrals and cold calling.

* You will receive world class training with a four-week induction programme.

CANDIDATE

* B2B field sales experience.
* Understand a consultative sales process.

Demonstrate excellence in reporting and supporting the Senior Operations Manager in tasks aligned with business needs and our overarching strategy.
Be responsible for generating and delivering monthly management reports to the Operations Manager, Director, and Prime Providers.
Lead daily team meetings to ensure priorities for the day are disseminated and followed up with meeting notes to ensure accountability within the team.
Drive continuous improvement actions by conducting formal and informal observations and implementing SMART action plans to elevate delivery standards.
Demonstrate expertise in conducting skills gap analysis and crafting dynamic development plans for your team members.
Fuel team growth and development through monthly one-on-one meetings for all staff members, harnessing the power of the performance management framework.
Inspire team excellence through monthly caseload reviews, ensuring customer progression and optimizing the performance pipeline in alignment with our commitment to people development.
