The starting salary will be from ÂŁ27,344 on Grade D, depending on qualifications and experience.
Flexible Hybrid working – This is a hybrid role that offers flexible working between home and our Streatham Campus. 
What you’ll be doing…
As a Business Integration Administrator, you will be accountable for triaging and resolving enquiries from our customers, including the investigation of issues, identification of resolutions and implementation of resolutions in a quick and accurate manner to ensure the service is maintained for the business and providing training and guidance to users.
Alongside this you will complete testing of interfaces and documentation of changes using an agile methodology. You will also support the maintenance of the Business Technology Services products and interfaces, following a roadmap of development to align with the strategic needs of the University.
This role will involve working collaboratively with all areas of the University and third parties to understand their products and processes. Successful collaboration will enable support of improvement and efficiency of existing integrations to match the evolving needs of the business. The Business Integration Administrator will play a crucial role in resolving issues and identifying improvements to deliver a better experience for our customers. The role will ensure that best practice for documentation, information governance and security and change control is maintained and developed.
We’re really looking for…
Proven experience of supporting business systems and integrations.
Experience working with non-technical customers resolving and explaining complex issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex cross-system challenges.
Experience in carrying out regression and development testing and documenting results
Experience of working with SAAS products and third-party suppliers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Agile mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
