I am looking for a Marketing Manager to join their established team.

You will be able to work closely with the Director of Marketing and wider marketing team to develop and implement the College’s marketing strategy, act as their deputy where needed and manage themarketing campaigns, initiatives, communications and channels to support the College in achieving its reputational and recruitment objectives. Leading on the development and implementation of the college’s higher education, adult and community and commercial marketing strategies.

The successful Marketing Manager will;

• Degree or equivalent

• CIM/IDM Qualification or substantial relevant experience.

• English GCSE at grade B / 6 or better

• Expertise in digital and social media marketing.

• Experience of developing integrated marketing plans, measuring progress and evaluating outcomes against KPIs.

• Demonstrable experience in website development project delivery/ management to optimise performance, user experience and conversions and SEO best practice.

• Managing a busy marketing and communications role function that has varied types of work and subject matter.
