Why We Need You!
Ivanti is seeking a talented and dynamic Regional Inside Sales Manager (SEAK + Greater China) who is fluent in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese, and/or Korean. In this hybrid role, you'll be a key player driving sales closures, lead conversions, and channel partnerships to achieve strategic growth across Southeast Asia and Greater China. Collaborate with marketing, channel partners, and account development teams to elevate Ivanti's presence in these pivotal markets.
What You Will Be Doing:
· Sales Closure: Achieve sales targets and quotas for assigned countries within the SEAK and Greater China regions.
· Lead Conversion: Manage and convert cold calls/emails and marketing-generated leads into sales opportunities.
· Channel Partnering: Work closely with channel partners to cultivate and convert leads into successful sales.
· Hybrid Role: Adapt seamlessly between field sales, channel management, and supporting marketing-led generation efforts.
· Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to identify and develop leads, and with the account development team to drive successful outcomes.
· Performance Measurement: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including 50% for sales targets and 50% for lead closure & conversion along with meeting target specifications for EAM and TAM.
To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:
· Experience: 4-5+ years in a sales role, preferably within the technology or IT sector.
· Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, and preferably Mandarin, Cantonese, and/or Korean.
· Sales Skills: Strong ability to close sales, manage leads, and partner with channels to drive sales.
· Adaptability: Capability to perform in a hybrid sales role that requires field presence and remote collaboration.
· Communication: Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
· Customer Focus: A champion for customer success, dedicated to providing top-tier service.
· Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, capable of driving collaborative success across different teams.
· Motivation: Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
