Sales Representative - Independent Grocery
Location - Gosford & Central Coast - NSW (Car Required)
We're on the hunt for our next full-time permanent Sales Representative to represent iconic Frozen Food brands such as Patties Pies & FourNTwenty.
· Manage a portfolio of iconic Aussie favourite frozen food brands
· Salary package includes Car Allowance & KPI Bonuses
· Territory includes Central Coast/Northern Sydney area
Full-Time Position - Competitive Salary + Car Allowance + Superannuation
About the Role:
In this role you will be actively responsible to drive growth through various initiatives within your territory representing iconic Frozen Food brands such as Patties Pies & FourNTwenty.
Your territory will cover the Central Coast and Northern Sydney region with additional travel to Newcastle, Port Macquarie and Hunter Valley.
· Understand our client’s priorities and leap to action with exceptional planning & execution
· Negotiate volume & distribution commitments, with optimized shelf positioning and new product ranging
· Merchandising and activating promotional activity with customers
· Ensure execution of the client’s strategic vision along with executing marketing initiatives
· Overnight regional visits required
· Building effective relationships with your customer base while always looking out for new opportunities

About You:
· Demonstrated FMCG sales or customer service experience is essential
· A natural people’s person, you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
· You will have basic tech-proficiencies with MS Office, email and CRM systems
· Self-starter and comfortable working autonomously while engaging and contributing to team success
· Excellent time management skills with a keen eye for detail
· An organized approach to planning in advance
· An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure
· A valid current drivers license and a reliable car A MUST
