Delivery Assurance Manager
£46,400 to £58,000 plus great benefits, including up to 10% matched pension and private healthcare (Work Level 5)

We're looking for an Assurance Manager to join our Strategy, Performance and Governance team. This is a UK remote first role, with an option to work from our Manchester office for those who want to. You'll have to attend quarterly meetings in Manchester (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).
In this role, you'll play a key part in managing our investment priorities to make sure we can deliver against our Co-op Group Strategy. We'll look to you to be responsible for the effective management of investment priorities on the Digital Technology and Data Portfolio through quality assurance and project management. What you'll do
- Be responsible for managing the health of the Digital Technology and Data portfolio providing visibility and transparency
- Engage with Heads of Delivery and Transformation Delivery to ensure plans across Digital Technology and Data can be joined to one high level view
- Track the investment funding across Digital Technology and Data
- Engage with the Demand Planning Manager on initiatives transitioning from discovery to delivery
- Engage with the Capacity Planning Manager on initiatives in delivery that need additional capacity or transition into operations
- Be responsible for assurance activity across the Digital Technology and Data portfolio making sure investment priorities can effectively move to next phase of delivery
- Represent the team in key forums to interpret and escalate risks and challenges for delivery
- Regularly report to senior leaders, key partners and operations board members on capacity, delivery, risks and dependencies
This role would suit people who have
- Experience in portfolio management and/or project assurance
- An understanding of how governance and assurance works
- Managed different project methodologies and have a flexible approach to different change deliveries
- The ability to interpret, draw trends from data and information, and make recommendations based on these
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate with partners across the business
