The post holder will be required to work with a high degree of autonomy insupport of the senior clinical lead (CPH) in the delivery of a comprehensiveprogramme of quality assurance capable of maintaining and furtherdeveloping, effective high quality screening throughout the area. We are looking for a band 7 Patient Safety and Compliance Co-ordinator to join our team for a fixed term of 12 months. This post will sit within the Trust patient safety team within the Quality Governance department. The team is part of the corporate team of the Trust with a main aim of coordinating functions that relate to quality governance and patient safety.

This is a new role within one of the largest acute care provider organisations in the NHS. What you'll do:

Assist with the management of the Look Ahead Health & Safety risk register and annual action plan.
Assist with occasional health and safety and quality audits to gain experience of operations in the field.
Champion the Health & Safety and Safeguarding departments intranet page and document control
Champion the RIVO system, ensuring incidents are reported correctly and manage the follow up actions.
Identify internal themes, trends and good practice emerging from incidents, quality reports and health and safety alerts
Manage the mailboxes across the teams, including H&S, Safeguarding and Quality, responding to any email queries and register this information for further investigation.
Support the processes Look Ahead needs to meet its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety, and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.
Assist the Senior Health & Safety Manager in co-ordinating the administration and development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
Analyse and collate the results of Quality visits across the organisation, monitoring the return of improvement plans and self audits.

We are currently recruiting Inspectors to work in a busy clean production environment on behalf of a global telecommunications company.
We are seeking Inspectors with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing precision work.

Inspectors play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the safe and accurate assembly of electro-optical and mechanical units for subsea telecommunication equipment. This may include knowledge of fibre optic handling and splicing.

Inspectors are assigned to various departments, with each role contributing to the creation of high-specification products, adhering to specific requirements. Collectively, they play a vital and unique role in the overall creation and assembly of our products.

All work is carried out in an Electrostatic Protected Area.

Prior experience in similar Inspection or Quality Control is required.

Inspector's duties may include, but are not limited to:

Main Job Purpose:
