We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on Perfluorocarbons (PFC) abatement and Airborne Microcontaminants Control (AMC) solutions within the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for PFC abatement and AMC control solutions in the semiconductor industry.
Client Engagement:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and understand their specific needs and challenges.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical support and expertise to clients, explaining the benefits and functionalities of PFC abatement and AMC control solutions.
Product Demonstrations:
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our solutions.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
Sales Reporting:
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the semiconductor industry.
Training:
Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of PFC abatement and AMC control solutions.
Project Management:
Manage sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Networking:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on market developments.
Technical Documentation:
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and maintenance instructions.
After-Sales Support:
Provide after-sales support to clients, addressing any technical issues and ensuring long-term satisfaction with our solutions.
Sustainability Initiatives:
Promote and support sustainability initiatives within the semiconductor industry, emphasizing the environmental benefits of our solutions.
Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest advancements in PFC abatement and AMC control technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on environmental solutions or semiconductor industry.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of PFC abatement technologies, AMC control methods, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certifications: Certification in sales or related fields (e.g., CPSP, CSM) is advantageous.
Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Industry Experience: Experience in the semiconductor industry or with environmental control solutions preferred
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards related to PFC emissions and AMC control.
Certifications: Additional certifications in environmental engineering or related fields is an advantage
