The role - QA Assistant
You will have an integral role in Merck's commitment to ensuring a positive difference is made to millions of peoples lives through your role as a QA Assistant, working within the wider Quality Assurance team. You will have a varied, challenging and rewarding role working within the Quality group, supporting the site with quality meetings, providing administrative support with maintenance and review of records for the Document Management System.
Key Accountabilities will Include:
- Support site wide meetings with note taking, closing and updating historic records, performing general administrative tasks including scanning, binding and laminating files
- Support the administration of document archive system, ensuring documentation is in an audit ready state, traceable and easily accessible for internal stakeholders
- Participate in preparation of customer and regulatory audits as and when required
- Creation of label masters for manufactured batches, managing various channels of communication between functions onsite
Who you are:
- You will be experienced in working within an administrative setting, following verbal and written instructions and working to deadlines
- You will be a self starter who shows a willingness to learn and develop within the position
- You will possess effective computer and literacy skills and be well versed in ensuring accurate work is always maintained
- Experienced in working with various systems and software packages, process driven and ability to adapt to changing business needs
This role is offered on a temporary ongoing basis, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, 37.5 hours per week.
