The Procurement Executive is responsible for supporting procurement activities across various categories while driving procurement excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement Management:

• Support procurement activities for assigned categories, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Execute sourcing strategies to meet organizational needs and achieve cost savings.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality goods and services.

Procurement Excellence:

• Implement best practices and standardized procedures to drive procurement excellence and efficiency.

• Monitor and report on procurement performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost savings.

Process Optimization:

• Support the implementation of procurement processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardize procurement practices across YCH Group.
• Monitor and evaluate procurement processes to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.

Supplier Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure favourable terms and conditions.

Cost Management:

• Monitor and manage procurement budgets to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities and strategies.

Contract Management:

• Draft, review, and manage contracts for services and products.
• Monitor contract compliance and manage the timely renewal of expiring contracts.
• Ensure contracts meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Develop and enforce procurement policies and guidelines to mitigate risks and ensure governance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide strategic support.
• Facilitate communication between procurement and other departments to align procurement strategies with business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably with a focus on facility management and indirect buys.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and strategic sourcing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Preferably experience in data analysis using tools like PowerBI.

2. Coordinate subcontracting bidding and inquiry work.

4. Receive, review, and register procurement plans in the ledger.

5. Conduct bidding/inquiry procurement, prepare and review bidding documents, and negotiate contracts.

*Logistics and Supply Chain Management:*
