Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming/outgoing articles to verify receipts/shipment of items on requisition or invoices.
• Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications.
• Stores articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves according to identifying information such as style, size or type of material.
• Fills orders or issues supplies from stock.
• Prepares periodic, special or perpetual inventory of stock.
• Requisitions articles to fill incoming orders.
• Marks identifying codes, figures, or letters and articles.
• Distributes stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued.
• Determines methods of storage, identification and stock location, considering temperature, humidity, height and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space.
• Cuts stock to size to fill order.
• Moves or transports material or suppliers to other departments.
• Maintains inventory and other stock records.
• Assists in training lower level clerks.
• Performs cycle counts as directed.
• Forklift duties may be required.
• Operate company vehicles as required.
• Communicate with internal and external customers vis emails, phone, etc
• Manage ERP systems (Metrix, ServiceNow)

Minimum Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED and one years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver license and insurance is required to be up to date.
• Must possess the ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess the ability to frequently stand, reach with hands and arms, climb and balance.
• Must possess the ability to dexterously manipulate a variety of sizes of parts repeatedly.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented CONUS Warehouse Manager to support our client. In this role you will get to support the Department of Defense.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience within the last three (3) years in managing warehousing distribution operations. 
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the last three (3) years of Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to include, Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS), Defense Priorities & Allocations System (DPAS), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Rapid Aerostat Initial Deployment Contractor Logistics System (RAID CLS) and Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE).Experience in compliance with Federal, State and Department of Defense (DoD) and local warehousing and material handling and shipping requirements.
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree Logistics, Management, Engineering, or a related specialized field.  
• Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in functional area: Life Cycle Logistics at the Advanced Practitioner level or a Non- DoD equivalent certification in Acquisition Logistics.  
• Active US Secret Security Clearance
