ROLE
Reporting into the Retail Manager for Singapore and Malaysia, the Store Director role is a key leader in the retail network, responsible for promoting brand engagement and customer loyalty in order to successfully reach business goals. They will also be required to identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain talent while maintaining compliant with directions from Headquarters and cultivating an effective store culture.
MISSION
• Ensure professional growth and training of the staff by adopting and exhibiting a coaching approach
• Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved
• Analyse results, verify daily, weekly, monthly activities and set up yearly assessments: KPIs
• Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor
• High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty, ensuring that these concepts are instilled in the team and always upheld within the store
• Manage inventory activities, taking into account related inventory results in collaboration with the Back Office Operation
• Ensure that all the processes are compliant with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR and stock organization
• Ensure that the qualitative standards required by our Brand are maintained
• Formulate and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Lead, motivate and develop the store team and create the right environment to ensure team and individual development
PROFILE
• Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
• 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
• Experience managing a team of at least 10
• Inspiring, vigilant, adaptable, tenacious, risk taking and dynamic
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver business results
