Take the next step in your career and join a leading global retailer! Our Store Operations (Projects) department, based in Minchinbury NSW are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team. This is a permanent position.
In this role, you will provide a high standard of administrative support to the Director and the wider Store Operations department through a variety of tasks including diary management, events coordination and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (to name a few!). This is a diverse role with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy.
- Maintain oversight of the Director's portfolio of work to be able to provide input and be involved in daily decision making
- Provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the Director
- Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, and reports, ensuring they are treated with the strictest confidence
- Book travel on behalf of the Director, coordinating flights, accommodation, and travel itineraries
- Undertake and be involved in project management activities
- Provide administrative services including filing, photocopying, and archiving
- Liaising with external service providers
