The impact you'll make
As Media Measurement Product Manager on our Marketing Science team, you will be supporting the retail media business by creating scalable solutions that drive best-in-class retail media outcomes and effectively serve marketers' business objectives. More specifically, you will requirement gather, design, build and empower marketers with fundamental measurement tools that provide actionable insights to make informed decisions and navigate the complex realm of retail media.
What you'll do
- Develop a deep understanding of our retail media business, ad products, clients, business objectives and technology.
- Help shape our measurement roadmap, taking into consideration industry trends, scientific soundness, business and technical practicalities and the clients’ jobs to be done.
- Design and promote exceptional measurement methodologies, including random control trials, geographic lift, multi-cell experiments, causal impact, synthetic controls, predictive analytics and media mix optimization
- Lead projects, from prototyping, evaluation, scoping, execution and launch
- Ownership of the backlog, including story creation, prioritization, and execution of all product management deliverables to support it.
- Use data to inform your decisions. Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and define critical metrics to measure success. You will track and share results with the team, to help everyone gain a deeper understanding.
- Frequent collaboration with external clients to understand their needs and internal partners across technology, product design, client services, product marketing and operations to implement solutions.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly project tracking, reporting on roadmap progress and metrics (OKRs and KPIs) to manage delivery timelines.
Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, math, or an equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in measurement science, media analytics, advertising insights, ad product management or a similar field
- Understanding of experimental design, advanced measurement methodologies, media mix modelling, raw log-level analysis.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile and product
- Experience in eCommerce, mobile and web products preferred
- Experience in clean room or other ad tech solution is preferred.
- Clear communicator, love collaborating and ability to explain technical needs to a non-technical audience and vice-versa.
- You are always working towards the big picture, but also mindful of the finer details.
- Take an agile approach to product management, but pragmatic about its application.
- Top priorities are to deliver value to stakeholders and measure results.
- Strong quantitative reasoning, data-driven, and able to apply key metrics for decision-making.
- You look hard problems in the eye and enjoy the thrill of figuring out how to solve them.
