Digital Media & Shopper Analytics Manager
£65,000 to £70,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 5)

We're looking for a Digital Media & Shopper Analytics Manager to join our Co-op Media Network leadership team. Co-op Media Network is focused on revolutionising the way media is valued in the convenience market and we are the UK's leading convenience-focused retail media network.
In this role, you'll drive growth in our data and analytics income streams by creating and managing data-media ecosystem that effectively leverage Co-op's unique convenience shopper data with brands and media agencies. As Co-op Media Network continues to grow ahead of the market, this role provides an exciting opportunity to look for new ways for us to continuously improve and make a positive impact for our colleagues, customers, and member-owners.
What you'll do
- Craft and implement Co-op's retail media data strategy, aligning it with broader business objectives
- Develop and oversee Co-op's data-media ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations across all facets of data-media processes
- Lead the development of business cases for new technologies and infrastructure that enhance our media capabilities and drive incremental media investment
- Continuously optimise our data-media commercial model
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Martech vendors, media agencies, publishers, and other partners
- Lead and inspire both direct and indirect teams involved in retail media analytics, insight generation, and audience activation.
This role would suit people who have
- A strong understanding of the paid media industry, particularly digital, including the motivations of different players, operating and commercial models, and market trends
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams towards common goals, fostering collaboration and driving innovation
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Martech solutions and data-media management platforms
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues at all organisational levels and influencing both internal teams and external partners
- The ability to adapt to rapidly changing industry conditions and overcoming obstacles to maintain momentum.
