Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conference and Event Organiser to join our team. As a Conference and Event Organiser, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution, from initial concept development to post-event evaluation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

· Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
· Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Knowledge of relevant regulations and permits for event planning in Australia.
· Certification in event management or related fields (e.g., Certified Meeting Professional) is a plus.
