Responsibilities
- Responsible for housekeeping and maintaining office supplies.
- Manage administrative documents.
- Handle inventory control.
- Handle job ads, employment processes, and orientation.
- Process supplier invoices, payments, staff claims, etc
- Handle billing tasks
- Update track record
- Monitor sales opportunities across multiple platforms
- Prepare documents for pitches and submit tenders
- Monitor attendance and manage leaves.
- Manage employee welfare and benefits.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative
- Good spoken and written English
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates professionalism.
