Purpose:
Provide support to Asia Pacific subsidiaries to execute social media content and provide strategy for campaigns and other projects. In consultation with local Marketing teams within Asia Pacific, this role will oversee the creation and publishing of content for a variety of platforms and interact with the community and audiences. Through the measurements of results from the metrics tracking, work with local teams to strategies on approach to local campaigns and other projects.
Responsibilities:
Digital Campaigns
· Lead activation and execution of multi-channel campaigns and programs that are aligned with the business goals and drive demand for priority products/categories.
· Plan customer segment-based journeys and communication maps and inform the creation of impactful content along with the business units, creative and other marketing teams.
· Analyse and drive digital improvements through UX/UI, digital funnel optimization by conducting cross-channels analytics and A/B tests.
· Establish and budget digital media plan for seasonal, always-on and ecommerce campaigns across paid channels including but not limited to SEO/SEM, display, programmatic, social media, marketplace advertisements.
· Track and analyse media performance and provide actionable insights to improve return on investment and lead conversion.
Social Media
· Build and execute in collaboration with subsidiaries, the social media strategy through competitive and audience research.
· Set up and maintenance of company pages within each social media platform.
· Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages interaction with the brand.
· Moderate all user generated content.
· Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules through closely working with local marketing and sales teams.
· Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the data/metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on the information.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
· Responsible for customer database management and ensuring data integrity and security in line with local personal data privacy regulation.
· Establish customer digital touchpoints and curate, activate, and execute lead nurture and progressive profiling programs across consumer journey to drive awareness, brand relevancy and conversion.
· Identify new engagement opportunities and establish relevant programs and partnerships to increase impactful communication with external stakeholders and customers including but not limited to sms, whatsapp marketing.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· 2-3+ years of experience
· Experience within APAC desirable.
· Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
· Solid written communication skills
· Solid understanding of global markets
· Able to multi-task and prioritize projects.
· Comfortable in fast-changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
· Proven experience in planning and managing a social media calendar within multiple countries, ensuring content is executed on-time.
· You're not afraid of a fast-paced, agile environment; you are the perfect combination of adaptable and organised and has the ability to work autonomously. You're comfortable when the plans get changed - you just want to achieve the best outcome.
