As a Social Media Manager and Content Creator at Woopa Travels Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our travel services and destinations. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and analyzing market trends to ensure our brand remains competitive. Your creative and analytical skills will help drive customer engagement and enhance our market presence. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research and identify social media trends, insights, and best practices.
• Develop social media strategies aligned with business goals together with the marketing manager.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
• Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Able to manage the social media calendar and ensure timely publication of content independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to design visuals (statics, video, GIFs) to be posted on online and social media platforms.
• Build and nurture a community on social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
• Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and industry partners.

Job Requirements

• Studied Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in social media management, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.

• Strong command of English language and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative and trendy ideas.

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 2-year experience in digital marketing and content writing for a marketing agency, advertising or tourism agency based in Singapore (or other foreign entities similar to that of Singapore market)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Has experience (while not completely reliant) in using ChatGPT and other AI-generative tools to generate engaging and informative tourism articles, travel guides, blog posts and promotional materials
