The role
As a Communication and Engagement Coordinator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be supporting the implementation and knowledge management of the Reframe Project.
Day-to-day, you'll co-ordinate communication and engagement activities to support the Reframe transition process as we transform our support to the British Army.
- Project manage the implementation of communication events on the agreed communication calendar.
- Coordinating and organizing internal briefings, and other communication and engagement activities across the business, this also includes events delivered in partnership with our partner organisations.
- Creating and distributing internal and external communications materials.
- Preparing reports and forecasts by analysing communication and engagement metrics.
- Work closely with the Enabling and Transformation Lead to ensure best outcomes in a timely manner.
This role is full time 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home. This role does require some travel to a various of locations across England.
Essential experience of the Communication and Engagement Coordinator
- Experience within event coordination or management.
- Experience within marketing communications and writing for release.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Proven organisational skills and attention to detail.
