We’re recruiting for a passionate Director, to shape the organisation culture and provide strong leadership to the team. You will also be actively engaged in the agency’s growth strategy – including new business pitching and agency product development and offerings. You will seamlessly integrate with the Digital and Creative teams to evolve the traditional strategic planning practices into the creative, digital brand-building world.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Serve as the client relation leader for key clients and manage client portfolios
- Regional planning and local market implementation - culture decoding of local consumer insights, creative ideation and activations, providing guidance and quality control for execution excellence to SEA market specialists
- Proactively generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client program success
- Lead a regional team, including SEA market and digital specialists, to deliver quality strategies and execution to clients
- Serve as a role model to team members and create opportunities to enhance the growth of team members
- Identify opportunities for agency/team learning and develop tools/suggestions to expand agency knowledge and understanding
- Demonstrate ability to help teams understand how industry, cultural or media-driven issues can directly or indirectly affect the client.
- Play an integral role in shaping the organizational culture and provide strong leadership to junior team members
- Play an active role in the agency’s new business efforts; take responsibility for the majority of the planning input on pitches, and being the planning representative for the agency in creds
- Work closely with senior leadership to manage account profitability through oversight of team’s productivity
If you can do that, you have what it takes. It might help if you have:
- Experience of 10 years and above in PR, Integrated Marketing Communications, and/or digital
- Display a strong understanding of industry trends to see where the agency can identify opportunities to grow.
- Agency experience is essential; experience managing a small-sized team
- Excellent knowledge and experience in the Southeast Asia markets
- Experience in strategic communications and growth strategy
- Corporate communications and/or experience is an advantage
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills – confident, vocal, and focused
- Detail-minded, independent and a good team player
