Apprentice Social Media and Content Creator
This role offers a fixed term, 18-month contract working 37 hours per week (full-time). This role being an Apprenticeship role pays National Living Wage.
We are seeking someone who will join our Marketing Department as an Apprentice Social Media and Content Creator to contribute to the management of marketing activities to promote the college's propositions to prospective students. To successfully qualify for this role, you must have a level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English alongside either a Level 2 in ICT or a relevant Media/Marketing subject.
The main responsibilities include delivering the marketing recruitment strategy, capturing content for social media channels and websites, producing digital and print content, conducting competitive analysis, managing website updates, and supporting internal and external events.
The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, working with the marketing team, and utilizing analytics and insights for decision-making.
You will be given the opportunity to learn whilst you work by assisting in developing integrated and targeted campaigns to specific audience groups and coordinate input from stakeholders.
You will support the marketing team in creating engaging content for social media, websites, and course guides. Additionally, you’ll get to learn how to grow social media channels, maintain a content calendar, and collaborate on digital and print content production.
The successful Apprentice Social Media and Content Creator will also assist with website updates, conduct competitive analysis, and assist with the management of internal and external events.
