As the Assistant Atrium & Event Manager, your main responsibility is to create and execute strategies to maximize profits from atrium events. This includes managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and controlling costs. You'll engage suppliers, secure brand partnerships, and work with landlords to optimize event space. Key duties involve:
· Maximizing event profitability through effective planning and execution.
· Managing supplier relationships to ensure quality services at optimized costs.
· Growing brand partnerships to boost event revenue.
· Collaborating with landlords to align event goals with property objectives.
· Overseeing event planning from start to finish to ensure a great attendee experience.
· Using data analysis to improve event performance.
· Leading a team to ensure smooth event operations.
· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Job Responsibilities
· A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in event planning or management will be advantageous.
· At least 5 years of experience in event management, ideally with a focus on atrium or large-scale commercial events.
· Proven experience in managing supplier relationships, budgeting, and handling brand partnerships.
· Experience working with landlords or property management to optimize event spaces.
· Strong budget management skills, including revenue forecasting and cost control.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging suppliers, brands, and landlords.
· Proficiency in data analysis to track event performance and make data-driven decisions.
· Team leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
· Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle challenges during event execution.
· Attention to detail in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and policies.
Location : Tampines, WFH and Site
Salary Range : $4,900.00
