• Serve as a retail ammunition supply point (ASP) Ammunition Accountable Property Officer and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative.
• Ensure the stock record account and all associated conventional ammunition, missiles, and large rockets are properly managed and accounted for during requisition, receipt, storage, maintenance, surveillance, issue, turn-in, and shipment.
• Monitor ASP contractor to ensure forecasted training ammunition, munitions, and operational loads are requisitioned, received, stored, issued, retrograded, and residue processed.
• Ensure that items of munitions within area of responsibility are afforded the proper and required physical protection and security to ensure against loss through theft, damage or deterioration.
• Request and coordinate with ASP contractor for required and special inventories of stocks.
• Use a variety of supply system automated reports and data to identify and resolve problems and to make improvements in warehouse procedures.
• Review and provide technical guidance to ASP contractor in stock control activity administrative procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of all accountable records.
• Approve or disapprove issue of ammunition considering such factors as mixed ammunition, vehicle suitability, and accurate documentation completed, individual authorization, past history of the unit, and troop training dates.
• Monitor and evaluate the adequacy of contractor performance in ASP operations including stock control, accountability, maintenance, operation of automated systems.
• Serve as point of contact for external ammunition security and safety inspections.

• Serves as the BOID Division Chief with delegated authority for management and operation decisions related to business operations, engineering and environmental activities, housing and overall DPW logistical support.
• Oversee Quality Assurance and administration of associated base support contracts for a variety of installation activities.
• Prepare written and oral reports, studies and presentations.
• Ensure contractor complies with program requirements.
• Recommend corrective measures that may include the development of detailed plans of inspections.
• Provide overall continuity in leadership to ensure commitments to and from customers/partners are met and project execution achieved.

• You will be responsible for executing NAWCAD WOLF mission functions for all aspects of airborne, shipboard and shore-based organic Lead System Integration (oLSI) products and the associated management of NAWCAD WOLF labs and facilities.
• You will execute NAWCAD WOLF technical authority flow down from NAVAIR/NAWCAD as the senior engineering authority for the ECH IV to include the areas of Air Traffic Control, Combat Identification, and Shipboard/Expeditionary C5I systems.
• You will be accountable to the NAWCAD Commander and Executive Director for technical oversight of NAWCAD WOLF organic staffing, resources, and products in support of NAVAIR, other Navy, other DOD, Coast Guard, federal agencies and other customers.
• You will be responsible for prioritization of critical mission support and barrier removal to enhance speed of response.

• Investigates and evaluates credit history to determine credit worthiness of applicant business, related affiliates, and principal owners of applying applicant business.
• Processes business loans, more complex residential loans, and all types of business and economic injury loans.
• Uses creativity and judgment to reach sound credit recommendations that assist disaster victims while protecting the interests of the government.

• This is a Term appointment, which is a Competitive service position.

You may be promoted or reassigned to another term position within SBA's Office of Capital Access; however, you may not be non-competitively appointed to another Federal position. You will be given an initial Term Appointment lasting more than 1 year, but not more than 4 years. If all other conditions of employment are met, this appointment may be extended, up to a total of four (4) years in increments determined by SBA.
• If selected, employees work on an intermittent (on-call) work schedule. This means that employees are in a pay status only when activated to respond to workload needs, especially in response to heightened disaster activity. When no longer needed, employees return to a non-pay status until the next event necessitates additional staff.
• However, depending on the workload and/or level of disaster activity, your work schedule may be changed to full-time. Subsequently, if the workload decreases, your work schedule may be changed back to intermittent.
• This is not a bargaining unit position.
