We need your extensive mission operations knowledge and advisory skills to guide teams as they solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe.
As an Air Mobility Expert for Mission Engineering, you will lead teams in producing analytic justifications to inform investments decisions in future technologies. These analytical products will inform the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution (PPBE) process, aid in the prioritization of requirements within Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), and facilitate the delivery of modernized capabilities to support future Joint Warfighting Concepts.
You’ll bring your operations expertise to work alongside clients and thought leaders in mission engineering, modeling and simulation, analytics, and consulting to help characterize client mission requirements. You’ll use your skills and expertise to guide teams in identifying and analyzing how operations are currently being conducted, their tasks, resources, risks, gaps, constraints, and more. You'll be a trusted advisor to clients, senior leaders, and your teammates.

You Have:
Experience decomposing and analyzing the constituent parts of a mission and providing quantitative outputs, identifying measurable trade-offs, and formulating conclusions
Knowledge of Air Mobility operations, information systems, and processes
Knowledge of scenario development and performing analytical assessments utilizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and simulation tools, including AFSIM and Cameo
Knowledge of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) processes
Ability to apply operational analysis principles, theories, and concepts to execute study plans and analysis matrices
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience working in a military headquarters environment and working with and briefing senior personnel
Possession of excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree in Operational Research or related field a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
