Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient delivery of educational services and programs.
-Lead and mentor department heads, including curriculum development, teaching staff, and operations teams, to achieve their respective goals.
-Implement business strategies, plans, and procedures tailored to the education sector, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
-Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with a focus on educational program sustainability and profitability.
-Foster a positive learning and working environment, promoting collaboration and professional development among staff.
-Develop performance metrics for education programs and regularly review and report on business and educational outcomes.
-Ensure compliance with education regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
-Collaborate with the executive team to identify and implement growth opportunities in the education sector.
-Represent the company to external stakeholders, including clients, education partners, and government bodies.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
-Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing operations in the education sector.
-Proven experience in a senior management position, with a strong understanding of business and education operations.
