Mobile Maintenance Engineers (Mechanical Bias/Electrical Bias)

Location: Mobile role covering South west England

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday and overtime is available

Our client is a provider of M&E building services engineering and facilities management, providing a high specification client base with tailored and bespoke technical solutions incorporating both maintenance & projects.

A Mobile Building Services Engineer is required to carry out PPM, servicing, fault finding and breakdown repairs to building services systems to include:

• HVAC - AHU/FCU & Filters
• Plumbing
• Basic electrical i.e. emergency light testing, ballast & lamping.
• Building Fabric i.e. basic joinery

To work as part of the practice team providing support both clinical and administrative teams. Work with the GPs and the PCN Clinical Pharmacist where required. Provide clinical and professional support to GPs and other members of the primary healthcare team. Medicines reconciliation post discharge and on other transfers of care, actioning changes where appropriate within competencies. Undertake reviews to ensure adherence to monitoring and shared care protocols. Phone consultations to offer patients medication advice and medication reviews. Day to day handling of prescription queries within area of own competence. Review nursing home prescription requests. Carry out housekeeping whilst in patient records e.g. dose optimisation and medicines synchronisation. Improve prescribing processes at the practice which may require delivery of training and development to practice based prescribing clerks to support improved co-ordination and effective administration within the Practice. Promotion of electronic repeat dispensing and online ordering. Assisting in advising clinicians of alternative meds when notified item(s) are unavailable. Assist in practice response to complaints or significant events. Liaise with other pharmacy stakeholders e.g. Medicines Management Team, community pharmacy and hospital pharmacy teams. Handle function specific information, which may be sensitive, complex or confidential and appropriately recording, transferring and/or coordinating such information in accordance with the Data Protection Act; Caldecott Guidelines; and the Confidentiality Code of Conduct. To assist with the development and review of medicines audits utilising the TPP GP practice clinical systems to conduct the audits. Ensure that all major MHRA drug alerts, where appropriate and within levels of competence, are acted upon within the practice over an appropriate time frame and to advise on any medication changes that occur as a result. Action clinical letters liaising and seeking support and guidance from the GPs when required. Query any unlicensed medication requests with the GP Partners Review results within own competencies Carry out medication titration following GP instruction. Promote cost-effective, safe, evidence based prescribing in accordance with national and local guidance. To undertake training and development, to ensure the required knowledge and skills for practice based work.

We are now recruiting Vehicle Technicians at our North West Hub, Warrington Workshop on a permanent contract, with the potential to earn up to £50,000 per annum.

A Royal Mail Technician can expect to earn up to £50,000 per annum including overtime.

Successful candidates must be fully qualified to at least advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehicle maintenance & repair or an equivalent qualification) and have proven (via CV) experience of working on a wide range of vehicles for example LCV/LGV's

We also require you to have a full manual driving licence (LGV preferred with trailer experience for HGV technician).
