A leading company in Gloucester are looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team. You will be the lead in organising, maintaining, and optimising the multi-site premises. This role is full time, permanent. There needs to be flexibility to attend site out of standard office hours in cases of emergencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Facilities Manager your responsibilities will include:
-Managing the reception team to ensure a smooth front-of-house service is delivered
-Leading the office relocation and refurbishments/dilapidations, minimising disruptions
-Overseeing the building maintenance, including contractor oversight
-Sourcing, establishing pricing, and distributing any equipment that is required
-Contract management and procurement
-H&S; preparing for external and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
As a Facilities Manager, you need:
-Previous Facilities Management experience
-Team Management experience
-Proficiency in health and safety regulations and compliance standards including IOSH/ NEBOSH and CIEH
-Completed relevant First Aid, Fire Warden, and Manual handling training
-Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise at all levels both internally and externally

MET Technician Vacancy - Gloucester
Location: Gloucester
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications - £17 - £19.50 per hour plus time saved bonus (worth an extra £5000 - £10,000 per annum) plus overtime plus a variety of company benefits (See below).
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

MET Technician role:

• Working in the bodyshop your role as a MET Technician will be to remove, refit or repair components whether it be mechanical, electrical or trim on the vehicle.
• Carrying out all repair work required on the vehicles prior to the car being passed to the Panel Beaters or Paint Sprayers.
• Making sure the vehicle is fixed to a high standard and meets all safety requirements.
• Assessing work needed on the vehicle as to whether it should be repaired or whether a new part is needed
• Recognising and documenting an additional work required

MET Technician requirements:

• Ideally you will be a fully qualified MET Technician having the ATA or NVQ level 3 MET repair qualification though we will consider someone with years of experience who can demonstrate a high skill set
• At minimum we will consider a Vehicle Technician with exprience in Strip and Fit
