As a therapy technician you will require previous experience of working with the public and experience of working in a team. Previous experience of working in a therapy technician role is desirable, but not essential.

What you'll be doing;

• You will be responsible for the day to day service, MOT preparation and repairs of our HGV's.
  
• You will keep our HGV's safely on the road, so our street side operatives can carry out their duties for our millions of customers.
  
• Responsible for carrying out routine vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, fault finding and repairs to ensure our fleet is reliable, available and safe.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Pharmacy Technician who would like to develop their specialist clinical trials skills and knowledge.



This 9-month fixed-term post offers an individual the opportunity to help to lead our well-established Clinical Trials team based at St Bartholomew’s Hospital. There are two Band 6 Pharmacy Technicians within this team with this role taking a lead on dispensary-based studies across a range of clinical specialties.



The post holder will be a team player and keen to continue to improve quality standards within the department. This position offers the opportunity to learn new skills, develop existing ones as well as being a valued part of the wider multi-disciplinary team.

The principal objective of this role is to oversee the operational aspects of all dispensary based trials at St Bartholomew’s Hospital. The post holder will be expected;
• To co-ordinate the efficient and smooth running of operational pharmacy aspects of dispensary based clinical trials at St. Bartholomew’s hospital
• Support the clinical trial coordinator to ensure all documentation including standard operating procedures are relevant, in date and according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements
• Contribute to service development programmes and maintain systems consistent with GCP requirements.
