The role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Technical Support team at ZyroFisher in the role of Warranty Technician. Based in Darlington and reporting to the Technical Support Supervisor, the position is responsible for after sales warranty and technical support for all brands in the ZyroFisher portfolio excluding SRAM. The requirements:

Job details

• Working Monday to Friday, you’ll also take part in our out of hours service on a rota basis, receiving an additional generous on call payment of up to £211 per week.
• Our office base is in Mercury House, Durham, however, you will cover the whole of the Northeast, and, we do expect you to work flexibly where we need your support.
• You must be able to use technology for managing progress of works and budgets, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
• You’ll need a Basic DBS check done and we pay for that.
