Your new role
Reporting to the IT Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing IT support both remotely and on site to central trust office staff, consisting of around 150 users. These users work both on site and remotely, therefore this role is very hands-on and as you will be supporting senior level Directors as part of this role, a high level of support is required. As the sole technician supporting trust staff, you will work independently, however will also have the support of the wider IT team who are based at the trust office. From a technical perspective, you will work on Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and various other bespoke technologies.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess significant IT Technician experience, ideally working in an environment where you have provided both remote and on-site support to a high level. You will have excellent relationship building and communication skills as you will be supporting senior level Directors, therefore an attention to detail is also essential. A strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, as well as, ideally, a working knowledge of Windows 11 is also essential.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 which is reviewed annually, as well as a potential retention bonus.
