Challenge-trg Recruitment are looking for several Food Production Operatives to work in a large food production and distribution site in Rogerstone, Newport NP10 9SA.
Location: Rogerstone Newport NP10 9SA - FREE transport from South Wales.
Your pay rate as a Food Production Operative:
- Standard Days: £11.67
- Overtime Day Rate: £17.51
- Standard Nights: £12.20
- Overtime Night rate: £18.30
- Friday and Saturday night £12.49

As a Food Production Operative, you will be working from either 07:00am to 18:00pm OR 23:00pm to 07:00am
As a Food Production Operative, you will be working within a food production environment and your duties will be as follows:
- Packing of customer product as per required specification
- Basic Quality checks of product
- General production duties
- Some lifting of product
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to
- To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements
- This is a fast-moving environment, all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the hygiene regulations at all times
- General Duties outlined by your shift supervisor
As a Food Production Operative, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Start immediately and are looking for long-term work
- Previous food production experience is not needed
- Able to work up to 12 hours per shift
- You will be able to travel to NP10 9SA
