Job Description:
● Define and execute product strategy with cross-functional teams to drive overall business impact while ensuring good user experience
● Improve key metrics with a specific goal on driving order conversion within the Shopee App, focusing on the checkout experience
● Design solutions that enhance the user experience within the buyer journey within Shopee App
● Drive operation efficiency by deeply understanding the business team's concerns and their workflow
● Work with the design and development team to translate our consumer insights and business know-how into products and systems that are impacting users daily life
● Work with the business and data team to monitor product performance and iterate the design based on user feedback
● Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of products
● Be responsible to support the system investigation for related issues in the order conversion flow
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree and above
● Minimum 1 year of technical product management experiences, such as defining and prioritizing product features to build, in internet companies
● Prior experiences in product management projects for multiple markets are highly desirable
● Understanding of the cross-border ecommerce business and operations is preferred
● Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environment
● Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
● Good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills
● Care deeply about user experience and business impact for both Shopee and the ecommerce ecosystem
