Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

Manage and train a team of production staff, fostering their development and growth.

Implement and monitor compliance with quality control standards and safety protocols.

Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and achieve production targets.

Manage inventory and supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs.

Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.



Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Manager.

Strong analytical skills and expertise in production systems, quality management, and process optimization.

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance and productivity

Base pay
$80,000 - $95,000
