Key Responsibilities
Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of
sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Develops and maintains new business processes; edits
as necessary to ensure current practices are documented. Leads manufacturing engineering related projects as required. Mentors and trains lower-level engineers
Manages complex engineering projects with multiple stakeholders. Will prepare project plan and coordinate stakeholders to keep manufacturing projects on track. Contribute to the team's technical development in the pursuit of the team's project goals.
Interfaces with other engineering and supply chain functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and/or new products. Launches, releases, approves, and implements or issues engineering change requests as required to support design engineering and floor with new and existing products. May coordinate outsourcing activities with external / internal suppliers.
Estimates manufacturing cost, provides should cost models for machined parts, electrical wiring, and power supplies. Leads team in the use of DFx principles to reduce product costs and improve delivered product quality.
Determines root cause analysis for issues that arise during assembly and/or test of systems; drives
correction actions and provides failure analysis report as required.
Other Requirements:
This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in
tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between
colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with
sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools
Additionally, because this position also may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate
Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators,
chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.

U.S. Salary Range:
$92,000.00 - $126,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
