• Implement and manage security measures like firewalls, IAM, SIEM, and SOAR systems.
• Respond to security incidents and provide detailed reports.
• Manage system and user functions, including access rights and maintenance.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations and project management.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
• Proficiency in IT, Networking, VMWare, and security tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, PMP, PCNSA/PCNSE) are a plus.
• Security clearance required.

An ideal candidate would possess the following abilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and implement security solutions.
• Network Infrastructure Management: Understand networking protocols, configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, routers, and load balancers.
• System Administration: Manage Windows and Linux operating systems, apply hardening techniques, and respond to breaches.
• SIEM: Customize dashboards, alerts, and reports; tune SIEM rules.
• Firewall Operations: Set up firewall rules and configurations, understand firewall logging and traffic monitoring.
• IAM: Knowledge of IAM principles and tools, implement multifactor authentication and single sign-on.
• Vulnerability Management: Use tools like Nessus or Qualys for vulnerability scanning, understand MITRE ATT&CK framework.
