The Business Coordinator is a member of the Marine Site Characterisation Business Line. The primary focus of this role is to support implementation of current strategies, monitor business performance, and provide insightful assessments to drive business growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, strategic planning, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities include;
· Strategy Development:
o Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies and goals.
o Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
o Create detailed business plans to support strategic initiatives.
· Performance Monitoring:
o Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business strategies.
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKR’s and provide regular reports to management.
o Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
· Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategies.
o Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
o Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive strategic initiatives.
· Business Assessment:
o Conduct thorough assessments of business processes and workflows.
o Evaluate the performance of current business strategies and recommend improvements.
o Benchmark organizational performance against internal best practices and standards.
Education: Master's Degree
