About the job The technologies supported are predominantly based around Microsoft Windows desktop, laptop and server platforms with applications delivered through a range of physical, virtual and cloud infrastructures. What We Are Looking For From You • Proven delivery of excellent customer service. • Practical understanding of user experience and requirement analysis and the ability to identify user objectives for systems, products or services and define the required solutions and resources to deliver and support the agreed outcome. • Experience in creation, implementation and monitoring of service level agreements with suppliers and contractors including ongoing management of operational facilities to provide the agreed levels of service, seeking continually and proactively to improve service delivery targets. • Proven track record of project management to ensure the smooth planning and delivery of solutions. • Experience creating and presenting business proposals for example, business cases or statements of requirements both orally and in writing. Proven experience managing customer and supplier relationships and the ability to foster positive engagements and where necessary analysing incidents of dissatisfaction, taking appropriate steps to turn the situation around. • Knowledge of ICT procurement and financial resource management.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to join our client, a leading global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil & Simple based at their manufacturing facility in Crumlin, Caerphilly, South Wales.

This role is a full time temporary role to run until Dec 31/12/2024, The hours will be 30 hours per week (6 hours per day over 5 days)

This role pays up to £15.78 per hour (£32,000 FTE) depending on experience.

ROLE PROFILE

To provide efficient and professional project administration support to the project engineering department.

Key Accountabilities

• Document management, using the Autodesk Construction Cloud, full training will be provided.
• Assist with tracking the project budget and producing reports using Excel.
• Manage the project action/issues log to keep the schedule on plan and chase people who are late delivering actions
• Place orders onto the internal System (Training will be provided) and then track the order has been received on time and the invoice has been closed out
• Manage small work packages independently; these could range from office stationery to ordering IT equipment
• Arranging travel bookings and travel profiles for site personnel
• Developing consistent strategy/procedure for use and management of all
• Responsible for site communication, e.g. updating notice boards, team briefs, site portal etc.
• Organising and co-ordinating large events/meetings

Skills and Experience

• Strong administration experience from a technical, shipping, engineering, supply chain or similar background.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
