As Junior Digital Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience by working on small projects or deliverables within larger projects. This includes assisting with plans, risks, issues, and other project governance.
You'll will be tracking and managing progress and budget, contributing to accurate reporting for senior project managers and governance boards.
In your role, you'll harness a variety of credible information from both internal and external sources to bolster decision-making processes. Additionally, you'll foster collaboration and effective communication within your team, navigating conflict and contributing to the establishment of a cohesive team culture.
You will take charge of your learning and development to enhance knowledge and skills in principles, methods, and tools.
You'll ensure consistent communication among project stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers, aligning with project/digital messaging.
What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
- Takes responsibility for the satisfactory completion of defined pieces of work or deliverables within larger projects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines) delivered by internal teams and/or 3rd party suppliers.
- Experience of communication, and tailoring messages to a range of audiences.
- Experience of collaborating with stakeholders and/or suppliers to resolve complex issues, managing conflicting dynamics.
- Regularly monitor your own and team's work against milestones ensuring individual needs are considered when setting tasks.
- Familiarity of supporting the delivery of large SaaS products, preferably ServiceNow, or similar in a rapid cadence is also considered highly desirable for one of the vacancies.
- Experience of identifying and managing risks to ensure successful delivery.
