As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will be working on a number of complex end-to-end digital transformation projects, ensuring project control, risk identification & management, project reporting and stakeholder engagement. - Provide regular progress reports, KPI tracking, and status updates on project milestones
- Lead and motivate the project team to achieve objectives and deliverables
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilise problem-solving skills to address project challenges
- Occasionally visit suppliers as required
- Utilise MRP system to manage project tasks and resources efficiently
- Deliver excellent presentations and communication to stakeholders

Qualifications and experience as Project Manager

- Experience in project management within a manufacturing and production environment
- Formal qualification in project management is advantageous
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using MRP systems (advantageous)
- Solutions-oriented with a focus on driving results
- Ability to interact and collaborate with multiple departments within the organization

Day-to-day as Project Manager

- Coordinating project activities with various internal departments
- Developing and maintaining project plans and timelines
- Communicating project status and updates to stakeholders
- Identifying and addressing project risks and issues
- Motivating and leading the project team to achieve project goals
