Your role will involve working closely with our financial institution clients to understand their business needs, analyze their current processes, and recommend solutions that leverage our fintech solutions to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

· Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges within the financial sector.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and product managers, to design and implement technology solutions that meet the needs of our financial institution clients.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key liaison between them and our technical teams.

· Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in fintech and financial services to propose innovative solutions.

· Assist in the development and refinement of our product offerings by providing feedback from the field.

· Write and maintain programmable code outlined in technical instructions and specifications for software applications and operating systems.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of business process reengineering and optimization.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with fintech solutions and how they can be applied to solve challenges in the financial sector.

The Job

• Assist in planning and executing Q1 2025 initiatives to agency force
• Manage and provide support to the sales force of assigned cluster
• Resolve queries and issues raised by agency force
• Disseminate key information and company directions to the agency force, while enforcing quality assurance standards to maintain a highly professional distribution sales force
• Resolve Agency issues such as complaints, handling of appeals, transfer of representatives, termination of representatives and compliance issues by working with related departments
• Monitor and follow-up on Field Force Evaluation
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Main Role & Responsibility

· Compare pricing and prepare costing summary for all projects

· issuance of purchase order, payments variation orders, settlement of final accounts with contractors

and suppliers

· Monitor and keep track of deliveries from contractors and suppliers

· To assist and contribute to execute the works relating to the project coordination between each

department and classification, working out and monitor project schedule and planning.

· Arrange project punch list follow-up

· Handle project support enquires

· Other office work

Requirements:

· Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and desktop productivity tools

· Good customer service skills

· Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.

· Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively

communicate with all levels.

· Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across projects, control teams &

customers

· Experience working under minimal supervision from management with a strong commitment to

team participation.

Working Duration

Working Time: 9.30 am to 6.30pm, flexible to choose 3 or 4 days work per week, Between Monday – Friday

Salary Range

SGD900 to SGD1550 (SGD9 to SGD12 per hr)
