Position Purpose
1. To beef up the supply chain financing solutions team with Business Analyst to work on projects and application support of Connexis Supply Chain (Front Office & Back Office Application) global releases.
2. To work with Product Managers and Operation users from all the regions (APAC/EMEA/NAR/India/Indonesia) on the requirements gathering, impact analysis and functional specifications for the enhancements and issues reported in production. CSC Business Analyst is also responsible to define the test scope of SIT, UAT, and NRT and validating test outcomes with the users and testers.

1. To ensure the business/operational objectives of the new business requirements are well defined via:
2. Performing systematic business analysis,
3. Validating business requirements to align with business/operations needs as well as IT architecture and security standards.
4. Designing functional solutions & user workflows and documenting Functional Specifications.
5. To walkthrough requirement and proposed solutions to all stakeholders and get them reviewed and signoff.
6. To develop SIT/UAT/NRT scope and approach. To guide the Testing team in writing test scenarios/cases and review to get signoff from stakeholders. To rationalize test cases when needed to match with available resources and target timeline.
7. To validate SIT test results produced by the testing team to signoff.
8. To assist users in planning/executing UAT, analyzing defects, and defining defects priority for fix delivery by the development team.
9. Work closely with business teams to prepare and verify solution documents for Doc Trade based on the functional specifications.
10. Documenting/reviewing user manuals and release notes as required
11. Assist in providing tactical/strategic solutions for new client requirements
12. Assist in the conversion/migration exercise where necessary
13. For production defects, perform functional analysis and propose solutions.
14. Ensure Bank compliance policies and CIB ITO APAC standards/practices are strictly followed.

Technical & Behavioural Competencies
1. Strong functional & business analysis skills with the ability to communicate and bridge between business/operations & IT.
2. Good functional experience in Supply chain/Trade/Electronic invoicing applications. x Good team player with great commitment and attitude.
3. Good communication and coordination skills among multiple teams that are cross-cultural and cross country.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Familiar with standard formats such as XML, SWIFT, EDIFACT, ISO20022 & data transformations.
6. IT Design and development exposure is a definite plus.
7. Fluency with reading/speaking in Mandarin/Cantonese language is added advantage to liaise with North Asia stakeholders.
Specific Qualifications (if required)
Graduate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Banking environment with last 3-4 years as Trade Finance or supply chain Finance IT Business Analyst.
