As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will perform the following duties:
- Manages a program of analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of line program operations and operational activities in meeting established MBDA goals and objectives.
- Evaluates and advises on organizational structures, methods, procedures and internal controls for the MBDA.
- Develops procedures and systems for assessing the effectiveness of programs and management procedures nationwide.
- Manages human resources service delivery to the agency by an external service provider.
- Administers the MBDA personnel security program; and
- Manages competitive sourcing and human capital activities for MBDA, including the President's Management Agenda reporting.
