In coordination with Office of Labor Management and Employee Relations (OLMER) and the Office of General Counsel (OGC), conducts administrative investigations of harassment and other potential misconduct. Working closely with the OCALJ, provides advice, guidance, and counsel to field offices in specific areas of identified needs. Working closely with OGC and the OLMER, reviews, researches, and recommends action on ALJ conduct and performance issues to OCALJ.
