• Providing advice to clients, colleagues, and Partners on company secretarial matters, acting as a point of contact for technical queries.
• Managing a portfolio of clients and contributing to the smooth operation of the company secretarial department.
• Assisting with the client billing process for company secretarial work on a monthly basis, with additional responsibility for special work billing.
• Overseeing the maintenance of statutory registers for clients' companies and LLPs, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with best practices.
• Collaborating with the tax department on SEIS and EIS applications, providing input and ensuring alignment with company secretarial procedures.
• Managing both complex corporate actions and basic form filings, including but not limited to:

• Capital reductions via solvency statements.
• Share capital reorganisations (e.g., allotments, subdivisions, consolidations, share buybacks, redenomination, and the creation of new share classes).
• Share transfers and arranging Stamp Duty payments where required.
• Voluntary striking off private companies and LLPs.
• Assisting with amendments to articles of association and ensuring timely submission of filings to Companies House.
• Preparing dividend paperwork and basic forms (e.g., changes to company name, registered office, officer or shareholder details).

• Managing the department’s template library.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the registration and annual statements of UK establishments of overseas companies.
• Collaborating with the Business Support Team/Manager on client onboarding processes and working closely with them on annual KYC reviews. Provide guidance where necessary, though onboarding remains under their responsibility.
• Supporting the team in obtaining AML documentation for newly incorporated clients and collaborating with the Business Support Team to address any existing gaps in client files.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, legal counsel, and senior client representatives.

About The Role
Summary & Purpose of the Role

Patrolling malls, Service areas, service deck and public areas. Maintaining fire, Health and Safety Regulations and securing the premises. Shift to include control room management. First Aid (if qualified) using "customer care" procedures at all times. All duties to be carried out in adherence with the OCS Health and Safety policy. Care to be taken regarding personal appearance and hygiene at all times. Ensure that the company standards and policies are followed and maintained



Responsibilities

• Start shift promptly at the time designated, in full uniform.
• Appearance to be clean, smart and tidy at all times.
• Responsible for active communication of "changeover" of the shift to on shift supervisor. This includes handover of shift keys, PDA, confirmation of staff on shift, contractors on site, run-though of incident occurrences from previous shift, confirmation of any insecure doors, and any matters pertaining to the smooth effective running of the shift.
• Responsible for the awareness of Health and Safety. Procedures carried out must be in line with the Health and Safety Policy - set procedures are indicated in the Assignment Instructions
• Responsible for a full comprehensive understanding of fire alarm procedures.
• Responsible for acting as an evacuation marshal in the event of a major incident.
• In relation to a major incident must be fully conversant with the location of all plant rooms, service corridors and lifts, both by location and by name.
• Assisting Police presence on site either in person, by camera or by statement.
• Awareness of responsibilities and powers as a member of the security team and when to hand over to Police instruction.
• Responsible for diffusing incidents and situations in the malls
• Responsible for providing first aid if necessary. (This only applies to certificated first aiders.)
• Security Guards not trained in first aid must be made aware of manned first aiders on shift.
• Control room duty. This includes answering telephone enquiries, monitoring cameras (CCTV SIA Licence holders only), radio communication, contractor permits and log book.
• Knowledge of in-house radio usage plus call signs
• Use patrol monitor (diester) system to assist with accident and incident control and prevention
• Responsible on night shift to maintain check calls as required

As a Prison Security Escort, you will work alongside the prison service, supporting our client who is responsible for the maintenance of the buildings. You will be a part of security team where you will escort and oversee contractors such as carpenters, plumbers and electricians, whilst they complete their maintenance work.

Duties of a Prison Security Escort Include (but not limited to)

• Checking the identification of the contractors
• Booking in and out of the contractors
• Escorting contractors through the prison to their place of work
• Overseeing contractors whilst they are working
• Checking contractor tools are all accounted for prior to leaving work area
• Using the radio to request permission to move contractors within the prison
